Please tell me, how work Windows 7, more better or still have problems like on Vista? That's a myth, Microsoft fixed the majority of issues in Vista with monthly patches and the two service packs. The main Vista "issue" was the horrible third party drivers that caused a lot of BSODs. I had Vista fo...

You're right, it is creating SRM files for all games.

Yeah, the pop/crackle happens with Sega Master System games too. I'll try to reproduce the cheat click crash. I think Regen needs a new icon, since it scales badly on Windows 7. I personally don't have the time to whip something up but I found something on DeviantArt... http://adam-novagen.deviantar...

Found a reproducible way to crash Regen. :P 1) Make sure you have this archive which contains a cheat file and a SRAM file and rename them to your Sonic 3 & Knuckles ROM and put them in the appropriate directories. 2) Load Sonic 3 & Knuckles and enable the Rings Modifier to 50 rings, and enable all ...

Here, I fixed a typo in the latest History. :P Version 0.971 ------------- This is a quick maintenance release mainly to fix some stability issues. The internal version number of Regen executable hasn't been changed so that the previous localization DLLs will keep working for this new release as wel...

Excellent! I'll be testing it here in a few mins. I'll see if I can find anymore crashes. ;) Three suggestions. 1) A "Plugin Configuration" option added to the plugins menu for those plugins that have options (NTSC). Have it grayed out if it's a plugin that doesn't have any options. 2) I think you s...

Was the Monster World IV issue fixed too? After re-reading the report it sounds like a possible input issue too. If it's still happening, can you upload a save state or SRAM file before that point?

Sounds like an input issue to me. I have both games and no issues happen for me. I'd disable player 2's slot too.

Fast forward? Just once or twice. Stuff like frame advance, pause emulation, recording, overdrive, etc. I don't mess with. But I guess if people get some kind of enjoyment from it then I'm okay with that. :P

I do however use the debugger and cheat search options though.

Only time I use save states is if I spot a possible emulation bug so I can post it for the author, otherwise I don't use it. Regarding the cheats for Sonic & Knuckles, I've actually updated them. Also, make sure you're using the right region - I never hacked the E or J region versions, just U or W. ...

Regarding Sonic & Knuckles sounds: I've listened to both 25 and 2C in Regen (and Kega) without the PSG boost (all default settings, with SuperHQ on) sounds fine to me. :P You right! my game Knuckles Chaotix have some speed problems, and sometimes strange glitches: then selected characters go to next...

The 32X is a completely different beast (along with the Sega CD). Not easy to do, at all. I'm sure if Aamir does it, it'll have a lot of trial and error involved and may not be perfected for some time to come.
