panzeroceania, you need quad core processor Core i5 3570K (or 4670K) atleast with 3.9~4.0Ghz clock speed, for run all romset on fullspeed. Exodus have better experience with quad core CPUs than with Dual core. For example even at 4.3Ghz with locked cores to 2 threads, my core i7 3770K can't run game...

I have 26-29fps on my 3770K with that ROM

of course now you have more accurate emulators as Genplus GX or Exodus but still Kega is pretty accurate and good enough to play almost perfectly every game with descent PC requirement. Yeah for playing games Kega good, but... i not play in games (include PC games) since 2011 year. I don't know how...

Just where in the hell do you get your "information" from? Kega's comparable to ZSNES, especially in terms of accuracy?! Snake don't want do things which no needed for gamers. (Full color borders emulation, color dots, your game "pier solar", 68k address error, and VDP with full demo passes (includ...

But not everybody can buy an expensive cpu, or if they can they wont do it for just an emulator. Would it be possible if the emulator get a Fusion level of compatibility option with the same debug features? Well... If we look from different angle, Kega compared to ZSNES emulator. Both emulators not...

Yeah, there's no other emulators with these capabilities like this, but optimisation for Exodus emulator very danger! So, only one way - buy good CPU.

Nemesis wrote:it seems the only way to get full accuracy for all these cases is to do a full microcode level emulation of the core. That's now my focus. I'm currently analysing the patent information and I'm going to attempt to emulate the M68000 at a full microcode level.
I glad to hear it. ^_^

I think maybe a little... but not so danger for CPUs which handle it in fullspeed.
