From the study I took on Gems it allows customizations to the instrument and pcm sound bank and adjustments on each possible thing.

It seems that people would just use the "default" stuff...

It may sound funy but actually the MD game would be capable of more stuff than the SCD game. Sega CD would feature digital music, and extra content such as making of, special artwork, etc. The content is 100% original, graphics, engine, sound, music. Everything. I hope we can provide you guys a demo...

You may want to provide more amps then less, the reason is that if you provide less amps usualy your AC adapter will overheat, if it is in a plastic case there are chance of melting... etc.
