Re: Adventure of Lolo

I would be grateful for 35 more plays!!! Thats whats its all about! Make a ball of an enemy, push him into the water and ride to get pass. I dont know if I can get the game to be more different, since its a port. Maybe instruction on every level in plan window. Level design also have to be stolen......

Re: Adventure of Lolo

I cannot remove The Lolo name, because then I miss the target audience (35-year olds that played this before). When I started this i Didnt think anyone wo...

Re: Adventure of Lolo

Yes I did. Dont know if sgdk had on itself but I did. It was alirrle easier than a normal game though because the character can only move 12 pixels at the time.

Re: Adventure of Lolo

Yeah I kind of know...

However I thought that if I could make a better version of an existing game, some people would play it.

Adventure of Lolo

I have a five level demo available. Its yet completly silent. I would really like to see some feedback as to if you understand what to do in this game, without instructions. How far can you get in my demo, if the only thing I tell you is that you have to collect all the hearts, the Treasure and then...

Re: Sprite engine

I hade a lot of problems loading my first sprite. In my case it was that you had to have the sprite saved as a perfect png image, with indexed colors. This means that paint is impossible, so I use gimp. Perhaps this isnt your problem, but worth mensioning :) Good Luck!

Re: Sprite animations and static frames

I dont know if there is a certain way of doing this in sgdk, but in my game I set the frames manually and have a counter when its time to change them. For an example I change from first to second frame when counter reach 20, but from second to third when the counter reach 60 and so on. Thats how I d...

Re: SGDK and Visual Studio Code template

If you by this means that you can type for an example "VDP_" and get a list of all avaialable commands that starts that way, then yes! You can also right click on a command and choose "goto definition", where there is a little explanation of the function.

It seems like Very Interested is the highest rank in the forum.
Wouldnt it be cool to have more "Ranks" so that you have something to look forward too :)

The freemasons have at least 10 grades.

I also wonder what happend to my avatar image.

Re: User defined layer

Well, just a thought.... :) Guess you have to get the emulator to be 100% compatible first before you give something like that a serious shot.
