xZabuzax Write more reports and i check it, now i have more free time :-) Shadow, open a Game Gear game and enable "Borders", you will notice that the Game Gear screen will move to the right, and if you disable "Borders" the Game Gear screen will stay the same (placed in the right). Also with the d...

xZABUZAx Found another bug on both SSE2 and non-SSE2 builds: (this one is a bit annoying since it will screw your display for a bit, the trash icon will dissapear, also you will lose the background picture...) If you open a Game Gear game and go to option: System > Master System/Game Gear and disab...

Found another crash bug: If you go to option: System > Master System/Game Gear and enable "3D Glass simulation" and then open a Sega Master game that supports 3D (example Maze Hunter 3D) the emulator will crash. Sometimes it will not crash but it will crash if you go to full-screen or disable full-s...

I found a bug in this new version 0.972 on both SSE2 and non-SSE2 builds: If you open a Genesis game and then a Game Gear game, the Game Gear won't start until 4 or 7 seconds (sometimes will take longer). For example, if i open a Genesis game and 3 seconds later i change to a Game Gear, the Game Gea...

Only time I use save states is if I spot a possible emulation bug so I can post it for the author, otherwise I don't use it. What about the "fast forward" option... come on... don't tell me you don't use it even on the "LONG" intros that you have seen a dozen times already and you want to get past ...

xZabuzax I not use quick save states, fast forward, decrease speed, and any another cheat features, because my games very easy for me! I always play my good games 16 hours in day! You too? how many badasses actually do that brave thing... but i'm sure you dudes MUST use it a couple of times to get ...

Know what I'd like to see? A "stripped" emulator with only the basics and no special features. Be as close to the real hardware as possible. :P Ohh sure.... now i get it... an emulator with only the "Open Rom" , "Reset" and "Exit Emulator" option... Yep, i agree with you, that would totally be an "...

The thing is that some emu authors don't like to modify the core emulator to add some front-end, hardware-deviating features. The features you described all are done AFTER the core emulation has done its work. But for example if you wanted to boost the PSG noise, you would have to modify the actual...

Because it's something you can't do on real hardware. Any features or options that deviate away from real hardware emulation are considered "test" options for one's enjoyment or need to tweak. Kega got it right because Snake did a lot of hardware testing (and he's an expert on things regarding soun...
